Maine Coon Cattery Chakotay is located in Winsum (The north of the Netherlands). The Cattery begun in 1997. De Cattery exist of four females and one male cat, and for the rest it houses 4 helped males, two helped females one european shorthair cat and two dogs at 't Olde Hof 23. All of them help in raising the kittens. Their are on average two nests per year. As mentioned before the kittens are raised in a family environment, the kittens are used to cats and dogs when they leave.

For our cats we have a large outside enclosure, it even has a small home at the end. With this enclosure we have the possibility to give a few coons some privacy. But most of the time you will find a coon or two outside catching flies.

And as you can see on the right, the kittens they love a dog to climb on.
